Tupperware MicroPro Grill REVIEW
Cecilia Burgess says in her Tupperware MicroPro Grill review- “Doesn’t really ‘grill’ as much as roast. I put a steak in it and cooked it for at least 15 minutes and it was juicy and tender but not ‘grilled’ like if I’d used a George Foreman grill. It was more like I’d put it in a covered dish in the oven for a half hour and roasted it. Same with veggies – they were soggy”.
Hilda Griffin mentions in her review of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill -“It cooks from the outside in, it takes at least 4x as long to cook, and food continues to cook for several minutes after the microwave shuts off. I’ve only used it a few times, but I might as well cook on the stovetop, where it’s easier to monitor how well the meat is done”.
Tanya Owens writes in her review of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill that it works well but she is not sure there’s any advantage to other cookware.
Cecelia Campbell says in her Tupperware MicroPro Grill review that she really liked the way the outside crust was made with flour taste but unfortunately it burnt the outside while the inside was still cold.
Lorena Gray states in her Tupperware MicroPro Grill review that she tried to make a hamburger on this and found it nowhere near as good as on the BBQ.
In her review Angela Curry says that overall it’s like having a Gorge Foreman grill without the press down but the Foreman grill would probably work better on a burger.
Another user Kristy Hunter claims in her Tupperware MicroPro Grill review –“If you are thinking of buying something like this, remember, it’s about speed, it won’t taste as good as oven, pan, or BBQ, but it’s faster.
Dianne Harrington who purchased the Tupperware MicroPro Grill mentions in her review that it worked well on pork, but she is still not happy with how it grills chicken or steak. In order to get the chicken or steak to brown, it overcooked them, she says.
Elsa Brown used the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and states in her review – “I’ve tried chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) and boneless pork chops. Both came out juicy enough, but lacked the nice color of grilled meat. Actually, a lot of juice escaped from the pork chops, but there was still enough in the meat to keep it moist. I will keep on experimenting and if I have a breakthrough, I’ll update my review”.
Shawna Mitchell is happy with the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and says in her review that it is great for making a hamburger or steak or fish in the microwave especially in a hotel room.
Allison Carpenter says in her review of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill – “It felt rather strange to grill in the microwave oven. It however does work – though not perfectly. It takes longer than advertised and the items do not really come out with grill marks – but it is a useful addition to the kitchen”.
Alberta Roberson claims in her Tupperware MicroPro Grill review that the only downside is that the smell of fish lingers for a few days even though you wash well. Other than that, it’s great and saves energy/time when you cook.
Sara Saunders bought the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and writes in her review- “Does as described but takes 2-3 x longer to cook and you must flip the food you cook”.
In her review of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, Tina Bowman states – “It is quite small; it’s a one person size, definitely not for a family. Follow cooking instructions…must be pre sprayed before cooking. Seems to work great…easy to clean, its hand wash only but not dish washer safe”.

I am a Tupperware Consultant and have used the MicroPro Grill almost daily for several years now. I think the reviews this article features are dated and do not reflect the experiences I have had with the MicroPro Grill. I regularly grill chicken and pork in the MicroPro Grill for my daily meal prep. If the meat is prepared correctly and cooking time is correctly selected, the meat is juicy, seared, and flavorful. I created a recipe blog at http://www.beepandasizzle.com to share my recipes and experiences with my customers. I think your readers would greatly benefit from my recipes using the MicroPro Grill. What is a guide for the timing of the food you cook. I don’t know how long to cook the food. Do I just start @ three minutes and keep checking the food? Help
Pleas give me a cooking chart on how long to cook the food. Do I just start it at three minutes and keep checking it.
Most of the reviews dont even seem real to me. Ive owned the Tupperware Micro Pro Grill for about 3 years and our family loves it. All these reviews seem false compared to what we have experienced…. it DOES grill in the Microwave. Steak, Burgers even Chicken and they taste delicious. This pan gives the option to cook in oven mode and a grill mode. Perhaps most of these folks used the wrong mode??
My Tupp Grill works fine. Cooks fast, sears, and with some experimentation with time and thickness of the meat, it will turn out perfect. Use less cooktime and check for doneness and move on from there. takes some thinking about what is cooking and being prepared;not verbatim cookbook methodology. Use the Pro Grill quite often and no problems.
I agree, the reviews do not fit my experience. Totally awesome! Steaks, chicken and hamburgers done easy and juicy. Watch @docholliday80 on Tik Tok (work in progress)
Is it possible to get copy cookbook for I would want that if I am purchasing. Thanks
I love this MicroPro grill! It works great. I have made: fillets, hamburgers, chicken plus veggies. I use it often. Thank you Tupperware!
